How long is the delivery time? Our normal delivery times are 1-4 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday at the earliest.
Can I track my package? Yes, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Complaints
How do I make a return? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will help you. Remember that the item must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
What happens if an item is broken? We inspect everything before it is shipped, but if something is still wrong, email us directly at [email protected] with a description and picture of the error we will solve it free of charge.
Tents & Equipment
What does "3-season tent" mean? These are tents designed for spring, summer and fall. They handle rain and wind well but are not built for the heaviest snow loads during extreme winter.
How do I know if I need an ultralight tent? If you're planning long hikes where every gram counts, an ultralight tent (under 1-1.5 kg) is a dream for your back. If you're going to paddle or camp close to your car, comfort and space are often more important than weight.
What size tent should I choose? Tents are often optimized for the number of people listed. If you want room for your backpack inside the tent or just a little extra elbow room, we recommend going up a size (e.g. a 2-person tent for one person).
What is the difference between Silnylon and Silpoly? In short: Silnylon is extremely strong and lightweight but can stretch a bit when wet. Silpoly (polyester) does not absorb water and stays taut regardless of rain.
Sustainability & Care
How do I best take care of my tent? Make sure the tent is completely dry before packing it up for long-term storage to avoid mold. Clean with lukewarm water and a sponge – never in the washing machine!
